New 3D Cab File Format : The file format for cabs and cabpacks will change,
making loading much faster and not needing the cab cache
This version will convert all your cabs and cab packs the first time you open the menu,
and after conversion the menu should load faster even without a cache, old cabs and packs will be moved to userFolder->oldCabs
