While this has a use in the analog world since high Q filters are slightly rarer for mixing (you can find them on the synth side of gear), it's a completely useless plug-in in the digital realm.
It sort of behaves like a standard high resonance digital high pass filter at Qs above flat, below it becomes sort of wonky and kind of useless.
